The Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course is located only 1 mile out of downtown Red Lodge and is the perfect location for your next event. Consider us for your next party, meeting/conference, fundraiser, or presentation. Our team will work with you to make your event special.
The clubhouse is the perfect setting for any event. Our reception space seats up to 150 people and can be set in a variety of ways to fit your event. The clubhouse features a wraparound deck with mountain views, a creek side outdoor patio, an additional lower level, a full service bar, and ample parking.
A facility deposit of 50% and a signed venue rental agreement are required to book an event.

The Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course offers a full-service dining experience. All catering and bar needs are fulfilled in house. Our catering menu offers a wide variety of appetizers and entrees for you and your guests. We can accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions upon request and we are happy to work with you to create a perfect menu for your event.
All meals are buffet style, but certain items can be plated and served depending on the final guest count. A butler fee will be added to any items that will be served to your tables.
Final guest count and meal selection is due a MINIMUM of two weeks prior to your event.
We carry a wide selection of alcohol, beer, and wine for your event needs. We are flexible with hosting options or providing a cash bar for your guests. Special requests for alcohol can be accommodated for your group through our catering services. Our team will work with you to tailor your event for your needs.
Beverage orders must be placed two weeks prior to your event. We require a final attendance count no later than 14 days before your event. Any additional charges after your event will be billed directly to you. Alcohol orders are non-refundable.
