2025-26 season pass faq
How can I purchase a 2025/26 Season Pass?
Season passes can be purchased online, at our retail shop Grizzly Peak Outdoors, located in downtown Red Lodge, or at Red Lodge Mountain through the end of ski season at the Red Snowsports Tent. Please keep in mind that all purchases made at Grizzly Peak Outdoors or Red Lodge Mountain incur a 4% city resort tax (prices listed on our website do not include tax).
In an effort to better serve our guests and improve the security of personal information, we are no longer accepting mail-in orders for season passes.
What do I need to bring when I pick up my pass?
When you pick up your pass, please bring a smile for your photo, the confirmation email from your online purchase (this can be on your phone or printed), and a valid photo ID. One pass media will be issued on the initial purchase of a pass and should be reused from year to year. If a Pass is lost or stolen, the Pass Holder must report it to the Ticket Office immediately. Passes that are lost, stolen, broken, damaged,
or otherwise abused, and fail to function must be replaced for a fee of $15.00
The waiver for your 2025/26 Season Pass is already signed upon your online purchase, and your waiver status can be checked HERE

If you have a pass from the 24/25 season - hold onto it! We will reactivate it!
Can I share my pass with a friend when I’m not using it?
No. Pass privileges are not transferable (to another person and/or date) and may not be used by anyone other than the Pass Holder. Season passes, 6-Tix, and 4-packs, are non-transferable, and are revocable by the resort at any time for misconduct. Use of these cards by anyone other than the person to whom the card is issued is a criminal offense. Pass/card holders who knowingly let someone else use their pass/card will lose lift privileges for the remainder of the season. The resort reserves the right to revoke lift privileges for these and any other reason deemed necessary.
Is my Season Pass refundable for any reason?
Red Lodge Mountain Season Pass and/or a Pass down payment is not refundable due to snow conditions, the Pass Holder’s physical condition, injury, pregnancy, change of residence, or for any other reason. In the event of an injury or medical issue that prevents the Pass Holder from skiing or snowboarding for the entire season, it may be possible to roll over the purchase price of a Pass to the very next season. To qualify for a rollover of the Pass’ value, the Pass Holder must supply notification from a medical professional stating that the Pass Holder is either not advised or is not able to ski or snowboard for the entire season. Said notification must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) of the injury or medical issue occurrence. A fee equivalent to 15% of the Pass price will be deducted from the value being rolled over, and the value of days that the Pass has been used based on the full-day lift ticket window rate (including tax) will also be deducted. The remaining value that is rolled over is only valid for the very next season and may be applied to the current price of a Pass at the time of purchase. All rollovers are at the discretion of and subject to approval by RLM management. All ski pass rollover requests must be submitted by the end of the 24/25 winter ski season. Rollovers are not available for any other reason than previously defined. If you would like to request a rollover of your season pass, please reach out to [email protected]
Are there any payment plans available?
What happens if I miss a payment in the payment plan?
What happens if I lose my pass?
Lost season passes/Tix must be reported to the Ticket Office immediately. Please visit the Ticket Office or Grizzly Peak Outdoors to have your pass or tix reprinted for a $15 fee. Pass/Tix holders will be held accountable for misuse if their lost pass/Tix is not reported, including a fee and/or loss of lift privileges. In the event someone other than the pass/card holder tries to access the lift with the pass/card, that individual will be arrested for Theft of Services and fined, and the Pass/Tix will be void for the remainder of the season.
I purchased my pass for a gift. What can I give the recipient?
Thanks for giving the gift of skiing! You can download one of these certificates to give to the recipient. The recipient will need to sign a waiver and get their photo taken when they pick up their pass.
Help, I forgot my pass at home!
If you get to the mountain and realize you forgot your pass at home, simply visit the ticket window and we’ll get you set up with a 1-day replacement ticket. There is a $5 fee for the replacement ticket. This ticket is to be used by the passholder only. It is not transferable. On the day you use a “Forgotten” ticket; your pass will be deactivated for that day. Please note that abuse of this privilege is considered a criminal offense.
