These days must be used by December 25, 2020. To redeem your rolled over days, you can reuse the same pass/card you had during last season. 6-Tix and 4-Pack holders from the 2019/2020 season with zero days used, will have those products rolled over for use any time during the 2020/21 season. To redeem your rollover, please visit the ticket office or Grizzly Peak Outdoors to have your new pass/card printed at no expense to you. Any products rolled over from the 2019/20 season will not be eligible for a rollover or refund. The Local’s pass is available to anyone and everyone! The name Local’s is used to differentiate it from the Multi-Mountain Pass -which provides skiing at numerous partner resorts. The Local’s Pass is perfect for skiers and riders to plan to stay close to home, and only provides skiing to Red Lodge Mountain. Season passes can be purchased online or at our retail shop Grizzly Peak Outdoors, located in downtown Red Lodge. Please keep in mind that all purchases made at Grizzly Peak Outdoors incur a 4% city resort tax (prices listed on our website do not include tax). In an effort to better serve our guests and improve the security of personal information, we are no longer accepting mail-in orders for season passes. Due COVID-19’s effect on the economy, we’ve decided to offer season pass purchasers an optional 5-installment payment plan. The payment plan is ONLY available with online purchases. With the 5-installment payment plan, one-fifth of the balance of each season pass is payable immediately. The remaining amount owed on each pass, plus applicable taxes are due over the next 4 months. One-fifth of the total balance shall be charged on the final day of each of the months of July, August, September, and October 2020, or the next business day, in the event the final day of the month is a weekend or holiday. We will make a reasonable effort to contact those with failed payments within 48 hours of the payment failure. There will be no late fees for those who miss a payment, however, if a payment is not rectified within 30-days, the purchaser will have their season pass(es) refunded less the initial payment(s), service fee(s), and applicable city or county tax. When you pick up your pass, please bring a smile for your photo, the confirmation email from your online purchase (this can be on your phone), and a waiver for each passholder. Click here to download a waiver. No. Pass privileges are not transferable (to another person and/or date) and may not be used by anyone other than the Pass Holder. Season passes, 6-Tix, and 4-packs, are non-transferable, and are revocable by the resort at any time for misconduct. Use of these cards by anyone other than the person to whom the card is issued is a criminal offense. Pass/card holders who knowingly let someone else use their pass/card will lose lift privileges for the remainder of the season. The resort reserves the right to revoke lift privileges for these and any other reason deemed necessary. Red Lodge Mountain Season Pass and/or a Pass down payment is not refundable due to snow conditions, the Pass Holder’s physical condition, injury, pregnancy, change of residence, or for any other reason. In the event of an injury or medical issue that prevents the Pass Holder from skiing or snowboarding for the entire season, it may be possible to roll over the purchase price of a Pass to the very next season. To qualify for a rollover of the Pass’ value, the Pass Holder must supply notification from a medical professional stating that the Pass Holder is either not advised or is not able to ski or snowboard for the entire season. Said notification must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) of the injury or medical issue occurrence. A fee equivalent to 8% of the Pass price will be deducted from the value being rolled over, and the value of days that the Pass has been used based on the full-day lift ticket window rate (including tax) will also be deducted. The remaining value that is rolled over is only valid for the very next season and may be applied to the current price of a Pass at the time of purchase. All rollovers are at the discretion of and subject to approval by RLM management. Rollovers are not available for any other reason than previously defined. If you would like to request a rollover of your season pass, please reach out to [email protected] Thanks for giving the gift of skiing! You can download one of these certificates to give to the recipient . The recipient will need to sign a waiver and get their photo taken when they pick up their pass. Lost season passes/Tix must be reported to the Ticket Office immediately. Please visit the Ticket Office or Grizzly Peak Outdoors to have your pass or tix reprinted for a $15 fee. Pass/Tix holders will be held accountable for misuse if their lost pass/Tix is not reported, including a fee and/or loss of lift privileges. In the event someone other than the pass/card holder tries to access the lift with the pass/card, that individual will be arrested for Theft of Services and fined, and the Pass/Tix will be void for the remainder of the season. If you get to the mountain and realize you forgot your pass at home, simply visit the ticket window and we’ll get you set up with a 1-day replacement ticket. There is a $5 fee for the replacement ticket. This ticket is to be used by the passholder only. It is not transferable. On the day you use a “Forgotten” ticket; your pass will be deactivated for that day. Please note that abuse of this privilege is considered a criminal offense.
