Ever wonder how we find out snow totals? Now you can see for yourself! Jeff Gildehaus, Snow Ranger, will lead the group of skiers down Tipi Trail to the Cole Creek Snotel station at the top of Paradise and give a presentation on the site’s history, how to access information for NRCS Snotel and demonstrate manual snow sampling technique.

Meet on the Midway Deck at 1:00 PM. Skiers need to be intermediate ability and the entire presentation will take 45 minutes to no more than an hour.  Maximum number of skiers would be 50, there is no registration or cost.
