The vouchers live on your ticket profile in our system.
Can I see these on my online account?
No, but if you contact us at [email protected] , we will send your codes via email.
How do I use these?
Vouchers can be redeemed via our online platform or at any ticket window.
What is the expiration date?
Vouchers issued between February and April of 2025 will expire at the end of the 25/26 winter season (April 12).
Can I redeem these online?
Yes, both full day vouchers and half-price vouchers can be redeemed in advance online. Please contact us at [email protected] to receive your codes via email.
Can I use these for someone else?
Yes, vouchers redeemed online can be assigned to any group member.
Can I sell my voucher to someone else?
No, vouchers are transferable; however, they are not for resale.
Can these be turned into store credit?
No, vouchers can only be redeemed for lift tickets.
If I choose not to visit by April 12, 2026, can I roll these vouchers over to next year or the year after?
No. The extended offer allowed guests a full calendar year to return. Vouchers have no blackouts but cannot be extended beyond expiration. We understand unforeseen circumstances can affect plans, but we hope to see you again soon at Red Lodge Mountain.
