There will be 5 beers on tap of different flavor varieties. The customers will choose if they want to keep that beer on\, or if they want the challenger on tap the following month. \nEach Friday\, a different contender for the Tap Take Down has the opportunity to show off what they got at the Stube. They will have their beer available for a tasting as well as for purchase in the bar.
