This is a ski and ride hoedown for cowboys and cowgirls! \nSunday\, April 13\, 2025 | 1pm – 4pm \nThere will be 2 race disciplines on Upper Miami: \n• Saddlebag Slalom (1pm – 3pm) \nDual slalom\, two racers at a time \n\nTwo runs;\nThe winner of the first heat\, goes on to the second heat;\nThe non-winner of the first heat moves on to compete in the Giddy Up Downhill;\nThe second run is timed;\n\nThe top three fastest times in the second heat are winners. \n1st: 2025/26 4-pack Flex Tickets \n2nd: 2025/26 2-pack Flex Tickets \n3rd: 2025/26 1-pack Flex Tickets \nCourse Features: \nThe course starts out flat forcing racers to use their ski poles (or hop their snowboards for the first 50 feet of the course. The course then descends into a series of slalom gates to navigate\, leading to the lasso feature (all racers must lasso the steer head\, and retrieve their lasso) then slide on to navigate a figure eight barrel course\, and race on to the finish line\, click out of their skis or snowboard\, then run to a cattle tie feature where they must perform two wraps around the legs and finish with a half hitch knot. \n• Giddy Up Downhill (3pm – 4pm) \n\nOne run\, all racers at the same time;\n\nWinners will receive: \n1st: 2025/26 4-pack Flex Tickets \n2nd: 2025/26 2-pack Flex Tickets \n3rd: 2025/26 1-pack Flex Tickets \nCourse Features: the course starts out flat forcing racers to use their ski poles or hop their snowboards for the first 50 feet of the course. The course then descends Miami leading to jump feature(s) that racers must successfully clear on their way to the finish line. Moderate contact and use of hands and arms is allowed. No punching. \n  \nBest Combined – Best Combined Finish of Both Events (Cowboy\, Cowgirl\, Cowpoke (16 & Under) \n1st: 2025/26 Season Pass \n2nd: 2025/26 6-pack \n3rd: 2025/26 4-pack \n  \nFinishing off the festivities is the Denim Fashion Show on the Bierstube Deck @ 4pm. Fashionistas will be awarded Best Denim in adult\, child\, and group categories. Local favorite Chad Lore will also play live music on the Bierstube deck from 2pm – 5pm. \nThe entry fee is just $10 and includes afternoon lift access to the Stache Express for racers who don’t already have a lift ticket or season pass. Competitors will sign up in the courtyard on the day of the Snow Rodeo\, including a safety meeting and mandatory pre-race gear inspection. Open to ages 12 and older! \n

DESCRIPTION:Join us on the Bierstube deck for live music with singer/songwriter\, Ethan Philips from 2-5PM! \nEthan Phillips is a singer/songwriter from Clayton\, Georgia. Growing up in the Northeast Georgia Mountains\, he was heavily influenced by country\, gospel\, and bluegrass music. As he got older\, his passion for songwriting became instrumental; leading to a move to Nashville in December of 2019. Phillips was a part of the 2018 Grand Ole Opry’s WSM Radio Road Show\, and has since performed at venues such as the Bluebird Cafe\, Ernest Tubb’s Midnight Jamboree\, the Nissan Stadium\, and opened for Sawyer Brown.

Each event includes up to 6 different professionally designed courses with more than 100 lifelike 3D targets to test the marksmanship of all skill levels. The mountain will also be CLOSED on Thursday\, 6/26 for setup. \n  \n3. Will there be camping at Red Lodge Mountain during the Total Archery Challenge? Unfortunately not. In order to accommodate adequate parking spaces for daily attendance\, Red Lodge Mountain will not be offering camping during the Total Archery Challenge. Campers should visit the Red Lodge Chamber of Commerce and other sites\, including KOA for local camping and lodging options. \n  \n4.
