SUMMARY:Palisades & Poses Yoga Sessions
DESCRIPTION:Palisades and Poses will include adventuring up the chairlift to the top of Miami beach and practicing amongst the wildflowers and the fresh mountain air. This class will be held on eight (8) Saturday mornings\, and we will meet up at the base area at 9:30am\, then make our way up the mountain to practice around 10am. \nClass Schedule: July 5\, 12\, 19\, 26; Aug. 2\, 9\, 16\, 23\, 30\, 2025 \nThis class is great for all levels\, make sure to bring sunscreen and a bear spray if you plan to hike around after class!
