  • STEP 2: Complete the Golf Tournament Request Form.
  • STEP 3: Secure your event by sending in the Reservation Form and the $100 nonrefundable deposit.
  • STEP 4: Contact Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course Clubhouse to customize meal details.
  • STEP 5: Confirm final numbers and details of event one week prior to event.
  • STEP 6: Send list of players to golf staff for creation of score cards and cart signs two days prior to event.
  • STEP 7: Relax and have a great day on the course!
