What is a group?
Red Lodge Mountain Resort considers any assembly of 20 or more people to be a group. These people are eligible for certain discounts on lift tickets, rentals and food.
What kinds of discounts are available?
Lift tickets are offered at a special rate (see the chart below) and each group is eligible for one FREE lift ticket for every 20 purchased at this low rate. Discounts are also available on rentals (please see the chart below). No discounts are offered on lessons.
What can I expect from Red Lodge Mountain Resort for my group?
Our Group Services Manager knows the ropes. She knows just about everything about this town and has grown up shredding the slopes of Red Lodge Mountain Resort. If you’re lucky, she might just show you her secret stash.
After you call to request information, you’ll receive a “Group Planning Package,” which will guide you through all of the issues you’ll need to walk through with your guests. How many people will there be? Where will you stay? How many will need Ski Lessons? How many will need to rent snowboards? If you're ready to start planning, have a peak at a Group Leader Info Sheet.
We’ll walk you through collecting this information, direct you toward lodging reservations and then be here when you arrive. We’ll personally hand you your tickets and direct you through rentals, lesson registration and point you in the direction of the chairlift.
You’ll have one contact the whole time, from your first question to your final payment, it’s all personal.

Meet the Staff
Melissa Ladvala has been with the mountain since 2005, and she’s grown up on the slopes of the mountain. From which beers are on tap at the Bierstube, to what to expect from a first-timer snowboard lesson to which hotel in town will be best for your kids or dogs, nobody knows more about everything that is the town of Red Lodge and the Mountain itself.
