- FREE membership in the Grizzly Peak Club, which includes free access to the First Tracks program, free ski waxes, free bag check, and more.
New Season Pass purchasers who purchase by April 22, 2013 will receive:

- Ability to start using their Season Pass for the remainder of the current season beginning on March 25, 2013.

2013/2014 SEASON PASS BENEFITS
Ski free at Homewood Mountain Resort in California, and enjoy 5 free days of skiing Whitefish Mountain Resort in Montana. Free ski days at Homewood are unlimited as long as the majority of the Season Pass holder’s ski days are at Red Lodge Mountain Resort. The 5 free days at Whitefish are not subject to blackout dates.

We love families, so we are pleased to offer a reduced price on Junior Season Passes when accompanied by the purchase of an Adult Season Pass. In order to qualify for a $299 Junior Season Pass (1) an Adult Season Pass must accompany the purchase, and (2) the junior must be a dependent of the adult. Multiple Junior Season Passes may be purchased with each Adult Season Pass purchased, as long as all Season Passes are purchased within one transaction. If a $299 Junior Season Pass is purchased without an accompanying Adult Season Pass, or if the junior is not a dependent of the adult, a $20 fee will be charged upon Season Pass issuance.

Pay $99 now to get the best price possible on a 2013/2014 season pass, and the remainder isn’t due until August 26, 2013.
- $99 down payment must be made with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
- Remaining balance will automatically be charged on August 26, 2013 to the card used to make the initial deposit.

The Grizzly Peak Club is the perfect complement to any Season Pass. For only $25, Grizzly Peak Club members receive the following:
- Free access to the First Tracks program ($10 per day for non-members). The First Tracks program grants Triple Chair access 1 hour early (8:00 am) each Wednesday and Sunday.
- 15% of purchases made in our downtown Red Lodge store.
- 1 Free ski wax per month.
- Free weekend bag check.
Please note, all First Tracks skiers, including Season Pass holders and Grizzly Peak Club members, must attain a First Tracks lift ticket at the inside ticket window prior to loading the Triple Chair.
- All season passes can be processed and printed as soon as they are purchased.
- If you are a renewing Season Pass Holder, begin using your 2013/2014 Season Pass as soon as it is printed. Your current Season Pass will be deactivated at this point.
- New Season Pass holders can begin using their Season Pass on March 25, 2013.
- All spring purchase bonuses may be collected by the Season Pass purchaser when the Season Pass is issued. Bonuses and /or vouchers not collected at this time will be forfeited.

As a non-refundable and non-transferable product, we appreciate the commitment being made to Red Lodge Mountain Resort and to the coming ski season with the purchase of a Season Pass. We also understand that unexpected circumstances can occur that may shorten or end a ski season. As such, we have teamed up with Travel Guard to provide Season Pass Insurance in order to protect your investment.
The cost for insurance is 6% of the cost of a Season Pass. Season Pass Insurance will cover the expense of a Season Pass (pro-rated for the remaining days in the season) for reasons such as:
- Sickness
- Injury
- Job Transfer
- Pregnancy
- Employer Termination
To purchase Season Pass Insurance, add it to your order in the eStore or on the Season Pass order form. Season Pass Insurance may be purchased up to opening day of the ski season for which the Season Pass was purchased, or 30 days after the purchasing the Season Pass for which the Insurance was intended, whichever day comes later. Season Pass Insurance that is purchased outside of this time frame will not be valid and will not provide insurance coverage for any product.

FAQS about the 2013/2014 Season Pass
1. How can I buy a Season Pass?
- You may purchase them online via the Red Lodge Mountain Resort eStore.
- You may purchase at the Red Lodge Mountain Resort ticket office 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 7 days a week until April 7 (closing day of the 2012/2013 season.)
- You may purchase at our downtown Red Lodge store at 24 S. Broadway, open Mon – Fri, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm; Sat and Sun, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- You can call the mountain at 406-446-2610 during normal business hours and pay with your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.
- You can also download a 2013/2014 Season Pass Order Form and mail it in with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card #, or a check.
2. I bought a Season Pass – when will I get it?
- We process and print Season Passes as soon as they have been purchased.
- If you have purchased a Season Pass for a minor, please print the waiver, sign it, and send it with them when they come to have their Season Pass printed.
3. What is included with a 2013/2014 Season Pass?
- Free skiing at Homewood Mountain Resort in California and 5 free days at Whitefish Mountain Resort in Montana. Free ski days at Homewood are unlimited, with the condition that the majority of the Season Pass holder’s ski days are spent at Red Lodge Mountain Resort. (Not available to Weekday Season Pass holders.
- 10% off food, retail items, lessons, and rental equipment purchased at Red Lodge Mountain Resort during the 2013/2014 season.
- Discounted midweek Buddy Pass lift tickets. Limit of 2 per day, per Season Pass holder. Not valid on weekends or during holiday periods.
4. Are there any restrictions on the free skiing at Homewood Mountain Resort in Lake Tahoe, CA?
- The only restriction is that the majority of your ski days must be spent at Red Lodge Mountain Resort. If you ski the majority of your ski days at Homewood Mountain, your free skiing privileges will be revoked. To receive a free lift ticket at Homewood Mountain, visit the special tickets window and show both your ID and your Red Lodge Mountain Resort Season Pass.
5. Are they any restrictions on when I can use my 5 free days of skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort?
- No. There are no blackout dates, and your free ski days at Whitefish Mountain may be used on consecutive or nonconsecutive days.
6. Do I get these deals with a 6 Tix or 10 Tix?
- No. Only Season Pass holders receive these benefits.
7. Is a Season Pass transferal or refundable?
- A Season Pass is not transferable between 2 or more people. This product is intended for only 1 person. A Season Pass is also not transferable from one season to the next.
- A Season Pass is not refundable for any reason, including sickness, injury, job transfer, pregnancy, employer termination, or any other reason. If you are concerned that your ski season will be cut short, or that you may have to cease use of your Season Pass for any reason, please consider purchasing Season Pass Insurance through Travel Guard when you purchase your Season Pass. The cost for insurance is 6% of the cost of the Season Pass, and will cover the expense of a Season Pass (pro-rated for the remaining days in the season) for various reasons.
