Red Lodge Mountain Golf Academy
The Red Lodge Mountain Golf Academy focuses on teaching sound mechanics of the golf swing. Participants will receive guided instruction while applying principles to improve both distance and consistency with a state-of-the-art computerized analysis system. Each participant is provided with computerized video graphics to analyze their swing. One-hour, half-day and full-day clinics are available for both group or private instruction. All adult lessons are given by Red Lodge Mountain Golf Academy instructors: Dr. Arnie White, Professor of Bio-mechanics and Ken Sipes, PGA and Red Lodge Mountain's Golf Pro. The Junior Lesson Program
The Junior Lesson Program is for students age 9 to 17. This program starts the first week after school is out and runs for six consecutive Tuesdays and Thursdays. We use the U.S. Kids Self Pace instruction books to teach golfing skills, rules and etiquette. As the students accomplish skills they receive a pin and progress to the next level. All instruction is taught at a 6-1 student to instructor ratio. Cost is $75 which includes the first book and year-end Tournament Awards Luncheon.
Red Lodge Mountain Resort operates under a special use permit with the Custer National Forest.
