3rd Annual Chili Cook-Off: Saturday, January 28, 2017
2 - 4 pm, in the Bierstube
Join us in the Bierstube on Saturday, January 28 for the third annual Chili Cook-Off. The chili with the most votes at the end of the day takes home a pair of 2017 Atomic Bent Chetler Powder Skis from Big Sky Brewing Company.
For the tasters: Purchase a pint of Big Sky Brewing Powder Hound Ale at a special price and we'll give you two voting chips to leave with your favorite cooks.
For the cooks: The Chili Cook-Off is limited to the first 12 entrants and a $50 deposit is required to reserve your spot. All deposits are fully-refundable on the day of the event, however, any no-shows will forfeit their deposit. All chili must be made from scratch and brought to the mountain in your own crock-pot. We will supply the bowls and spoons, but please bring whatever you need to top your chili, like cheese or onions.
*Contestants must be at least 21 years old on the day of the event.
*We cannot store chili prior to tasting event.
